Royal Wood, multiple JUNO award nominee, is no stranger to the Capitol Centre but it’s been a few years, four actually. And now, after a period in his life where
he lost his father, found love and marriage, and crafted a brilliant, bold new album, Ever After the Farewell (released April 6, 2018), Royal will take centre stage.

After 30 years, the Capitol Centre is still North Bay’s hub for arts and entertainment. Built in 1927, this 932-seat venue has played host to a wide range of live performances by the North Bay Symphony, international musical acts, acclaimed Broadway shows, dance recitals, weddings, workshops and movies. As you walk into the historic building’s entrance from the lively Main Street, you’ll see the WKP Kennedy Gallery with its ever-changing exhibits featuring the finest works of historical and contemporary northern, Canadian, and international visual artists.
