Reiki is a Japanese healing modality used to reduce stress and promote healing in our bodies and lives. We are surrounded by energy both externally and internally. If our energy systems become compromised, illness and dis-ease will filter in. Reiki uses a very high vibrational energy which flows through those activated with the Reiki energy. It is not only relaxing, but soothing, loving and joyous. It cannot cause harm. Holy Fire Reiki is a new form of Reiki being introduced by the ICRT. It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. It is included as part of Usui Reiki classes.

Aimée Clark is a Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki and Karuna Reiki Master. She is a certified teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association and an Affiliate Member of the International Centre for Reiki Training. She has owned Earth Light Energies for over 10 years. Mobile treatments are available for the infirm or those with mobility issues. She is a member of PARO and a member of Business Women’s Network.
