Guided Meditation at Earth Light Energies

For those who are starting to learn to meditate to those who may be having trouble to the experienced meditator- all will benefit! Short discussion, then meditation. Total time= 1 hour.

Age 18 and over- For Men and Women. $10 per person

This is a unique type of Guided meditation as you will experience getting Reiki during the session. Learn some tips for successful meditation as well as join others to raise the energy in the room. You will leave feeling relaxed and at peace.
