It's back! Women in the Messy Middle, our popular women's workshop on the joys and challenges of midlife.

We will also be adding a bonus evening on self-compassion in midlife on Thursday November 2nd, 2023.
The topics we will share are ideal for women between 35-55 years old.

Each workshop is $35 or $50 for the series.
Space is limited.
