Sound Healing, Movement and Energy work will all be a part of the celebration.

This evening has been designed to help you release what may feel stuck, bringing bright light and new energy into your life.
In this two-hr session you will receive:
• Sound Bath & Meditation
• Long hold Yin Restorative Practice
• Qigong & Breath (Pranayama)
