Conscious Beauty - Reducing Our Toxic Load and Building Beauty from the Inside Out

FEEDING & SUPPORTING OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM
During a brief overview of the immune system and a basic introduction to how it works, we will consider how chemicals and toxins we are exposed to can negatively impact this pivotal system and how this can present within the body. Herbal medicines offer tremendous support, and we will talk about plants that have an affinity for this system and other tangible tools to create vitality and health.

In person: $25.00/session
There will be a relevant herbal tea served during each session and participants will leave each evening with an herbal product that is kind to the body and kind to the Earth.

Online: $15.00/session
Participants will receive recipes and information sheets at the end of the evening.
