Respect for Earth, World Mediation Hour

World Meditation Hour will be held as part of the group art exhibition, Respect for Earth. 50 works for the earth by 18 artists surround us as we enjoy chants, song, poetry, meditation, and participation in a process piece to reflect our commitment to change - for life on Earth right now and for future generations. Realize your interconnection with all things as we celebrate and honour life and the earth that supports us. Reflect on how your "inner" world of perceptions, opinions, and unconscious habits have effect in the "outer" world. All visitors are invited to bring a small offering (feather, pinecone, pebble, etc), to come from a place of generosity, and to feel connected to each other and all diverse forms of life on Earth. OPENING RECEPTION May 5th, WORLD MEDITATION HOUR May 19th, and weekly dates and times for offering. Participation in the process piece will symbolize a wave of commitment to protect and take responsibility for our home. Show runs till May 26.
