Learn emergency radio procedures & everyday operating techniques to prepare you for the Restricted Operator Certificate (Maritime) with DSC Endorsement exam. It's the law! You need this certificate to operate a marine radio. Register by Jan. 31 in order to receive course materials in advance. 705-980-0455
YOu must review course materials and memorize the phonetic alphabet prior to the course. Cost $100 for CPS members, $125 for non-members.
