Bringing Baby Home Prenatal Class

This class is designed to answer your questions, boost your confidence and to help make the transition into parenthood a smooth one. There is LOTS to know and figure out in those early days and weeks and this class prepares you for it! This is not a childbirth class but rather a class filled with real life information to make those first few precious weeks the best they can be. Plus, it includes a private 60 minute in-home/hospital postpartum visit, to ensure a great start.

This 6 week series is taught by two DONA trained Postpartum Doulas and will help you feel confident bringing baby home. You will gain knowledgeable, practical advice based on your values in a supportive space where you can feel comfortable discussing your concerns, fears, worries and excitement!

Those first few weeks of a new baby’s life are amazing, wonderful, exhausting and beautiful all at once. It feels like there is so much to know and this can make sifting through all the books, websites and advice overwhelming. The information provided will be:

Class Two and Three: Feeding Baby
Class Four: Postnatal Care
Class Five: Sleep and Emotional Wellness
Class Six: Review & New
