Biking for Living Fit Fun!

Every Wednesday during the summer, Living Fit members and friends meet at Shoppers/Food Basics on Cassells at 9:30 am to bike to tour the city and beyond for about 1 to 1.5 hours, stop for coffee, a chin-wag, then head home.

Please join us for physical fun, camaraderie and enjoyment of the outdoors. Begins June 14th and runs all summer until Living Fit starts up again in the Fall. Open to Living Fit members and friends.
