"Canada's Dark Secret" - film screening

A 1 hr film made by Aljazeera, partly shot in Chisholm & Powassan, tells the story of 3 Indian Residential School survivors from Six Nations, and the story of former Powassan resident Ron Shortt, an ex-RCMP officer. Ron Shortt & Karen Labrecque, a second generation IRS survivor will speak briefly after the film & answer questions. All welcome. No admission charge; refreshments by donation.
