Join us for #IJustShowedUp North Bay 2020, an inspiring talk about grief, life's challenges or anything that makes your heart ache, featuring Yvonne Heath.

Yvonne is a celebrated TEDx and international speaker, award winning author, TV and Radio host. She will speak about the importance of "just showing up" for yourself and others so that you are empowered and resilient when grief and life's challenges arrive. Described by Ambassador Magazine as Canada's Rising Star, Yvonne shares her message with heart and humour. This message is for everyone including community, professionals and volunteers. You won't be disappointed!

The main event open to the general public will be on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from 6:30-9:00 at St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Auditorium, 675 O'Brien St., North Bay, ON.
